Processing Writing of Orange Juice [With PDF]
In this lesson, you will learn how you can write a process of making Orange Juice both in factories and at home. There will be two sets of processing writing on the same topic. Let’s get started.
Example 1
Question: Study the following points and write a paragraph on how orange juice is made in factories.
Points: Buying fresh oranges from farms – Checking and sorting – Washing – Peeling – Putting in a juicer – Extracting juice – Filtering to remove pulp and solids – Pasteurising – Adding sugar and preservatives – Sterilising and packaging – Labelling – Storing and marketing
Processing Writing of Orange Juice in Factories
Orange juice is a healthy and nutritious drink. It is prepared in factories in the following way. At first, truckloads of fresh oranges are bought from orange farms. Then they are checked and sorted. Oranges that are rotten or defective, are discarded. The good oranges are then washed and peeled. After that, they go into a juicer.
The juice from the juicer is then filtered to remove any bits of pulp and solids. Then it is pasteurised to kill the bacteria and prevent the juice from going bad. After that, sugar and preservatives are added to the juice. It is then sterilised and packed in bottles. The sealed bottles are then labelled with the name and other necessary information. They are then ready to be stored, shipped and marketed.
Example 2
Question: Study the following points and write a paragraph on how orange juice is made at home:
Points: Buying fresh oranges from the market – Collecting necessary items like a juicer and strainer – Checking and selecting the oranges – Washing – Peeling – Removing the pith and seeds – Putting oranges in the juicer – Extracting the juice – Straining – Adding sugar – Serving or storing
Processing Writing of Orange Juice at Home
Orange juice is a refreshing and healthy drink. It contains a lot of nutrients. Orange juice is prepared at home in the following way. First, fresh oranges are bought from the market. Then necessary items like a juicer and strainer are collected. Then the oranges are checked.
The oranges that are rotten or defective, are discarded. Then the good oranges are washed and peeled. After that, the pith and seeds of the oranges are removed. The oranges are then put into a juicer and the juice is extracted. This juice is then strained to remove the orange pulp and other solids. After that, sugar is added to the juice for sweetness. Then the juice is either served immediately or stored in a refrigerator for later use.
I have adopted a very simplistic approach to writing both the sets of processings of Orange Juice. Hopefully, all kinds of students have easily understood the concept and will be able to write such comprehensions themselves.
