Process Writing of a School Magazine [With PDF]

In today’s session, I will discuss how you can actually write the processing of a school magazine. Here will be two individual sets of processing on the same written in very simple words for a better understanding of all kinds of students.

Example 1 

Question: Study the following points and write a paragraph on how school magazines are published.

Points: Putting up a notice - Collecting drafts from students - Screening, checking and editing the submitted articles, essays, stories and poems - Making necessary alterations and omissions - Writing the title, foreword, index pages - Making a complete draft - Sending the draft for printing - Reading the printed copy and making the necessary corrections - Sending the corrected copy for final printing - Getting back the printed magazines - Distributing it among students and teachers 

The Process to Publish a School Magazine

A school magazine contains articles, essays, stories and poems submitted by the students as well as other necessary information about the school. A school magazine is published in the following way. First, a notice is put up asking students to submit their works. Then the drafts are collected from students. After that, the teachers check and screen the submitted content.

Then necessary alterations and omissions are made and the content is sorted. After that, the title, foreword, index and other required pages are drafted. Then the full draft of the magazine is sent to the press for printing - After that, the printed copy is checked and the necessary corrections are made. Then it is sent for the final printing. After that, the magazines are received and distributed among the students and teachers.

Question: Study the following points and write a paragraph on how school magazines are published (inter-school).

Points: Putting up notices and ads - Collecting drafts from the students of various schools - Forming a committee of teachers to screen and check the drafts - Checking and editing the submitted articles, essays, stories and poems - Drafting the title, foreword, index pages, etc. - Making a complete draft - Sending the draft for printing - Checking the printed copy and making the necessary corrections - Sending the corrected copy for final printing - Getting back the printed magazines - Sending it to all the participating schools - Distributing it among students and teachers 

The Process to Publish a School Magazine (Inter-school)

An inter-school magazine is a great way of exploring the skills and talents of the students. Students from various schools can submit their entries and learn from each other. It is published in the following way. First, notices and ads are published, asking students to submit their articles, essays, stories and poems. Then drafts are collected from the students of various schools.

After that, a committee of teachers is formed to screen and check all the drafts. Then the committee checks and edits the drafts, making necessary alterations and omissions. After that, the title, foreword, index and other required pages are drafted. Then the completed draft is sent to the press for printing. After that, the printed copy is checked and the required corrections are made. Then it is sent for final printing. Afterwards, the printed magazines are received and sent out to all the participating schools. Then the magazines are distributed among the students and teachers.
