Dear Sagnik,

It’s been a long time since I have not received a letter from you. How are you doing nowadays? You know, I recently went on a school excursion to a wildlife sanctuary. Today, through this letter, I want to share my experience of this visit to the wildlife sanctuary with you.

It was Bethuadahari wildlife sanctuary, located in Bethuadahari, Nadia district. Before this one, I visited the Jaldapara wildlife sanctuary once. But this time the experience was quite mesmerizing. The sanctuary covers around 67 hectares of the area as our guide told us. We went to this sanctuary as a team of 100 students along with 5 teachers. This wildlife sanctuary is full of beautiful plants and trees as well as animals. The native spotted deer or Chital Hiran was the primary attraction of our visit. Besides, we also noticed many other animals like Bengal foxes, Jungle cats, Indian crocodiles, along many known and unknown birds. Apart from all of these, we also saw the famous rock python of Bethuadahari.

It was such a pleasant excursion that I can never forget. Have you ever visited a wildlife sanctuary? Let me know in your next letter.

Your dear friend
Amit

Dear Anupam,

In your last letter, you wanted to know about my recent visit to the wildlife sanctuary. Today, through this letter, I want to share that my experience with you.

It was my first visit to a wildlife sanctuary. Before visiting this sanctuary, I used to hear and read about many wildlife sanctuaries. So, I always had some basic idea about wildlife sanctuaries. With that idea, I drew a typical picture of such sanctuaries in my mind. But believe me, after visiting that sanctuary, all of my preconceived notions got changed. It was such a wonderful piece of land on the lap of mother nature that one can hardly explain if not visited ever. All the animals were roaming free, we could hear the twittering of birds from everywhere. And there was a river where we saw Indian crocodiles. Apart from these animals, the place was a real gem because of its amazing natural beauty.

If you ever get an opportunity, I would suggest you visit any wildlife sanctuary. What’s your opinion about my visit. Let me know in the next letter.

Your loving friend

Dear Anika,

I have just finished reading the last letter you wrote to me.  There you have wanted to know about my recent jungle safari to Kaziranga national park of Assam. In this letter, I want to share my experience with you.

I always used to read and see pictures of Kaziranga national park in Assam. It is one of the most unique national parks where we can see the endangered one-horned rhinos. This winter my father planned a trip to Assam in order to visit this national park. According to our schedule, we went there and booked a jungle safari. It’s too hard to explain the wonder that I felt while being on that jungle safari. Not only did we see the famous One-horned rhinos but we also saw hundreds of kinds of birds and other animals. And most importantly, the beauty of the flowers was amazing in this jungle. After returning from this safari, I deeply felt the need to conserve such heritages of our country.

What do you think of this trip? And what is your view about the national parks? Let me know in your next letter.

Your best friend,
Altaf Hossein

Dear Ashim,

Visa Guide:  Write a Letter to Your Friend Describing a Historical Place You have Visited [4 Examples]

It’s been a long time since I haven’t heard anything from you. How are you doing nowadays? I have recently returned from an excursion to Narendrapur Bird Sanctuary organised by our boarding school. In this letter, I want to share my feelings after visiting this sanctuary.

Every year our boarding school organizes an annual excursion to some educational places. Like other years, this year our school has organized this annual excursion to this bird sanctuary. Now I believe that it was the best excursion I ever had till now. This bird sanctuary is located within 50 kilometres of our boarding school. The environment was so calm and peaceful. We saw around 100 species of birds with the help of our guides. We don’t even know the names of most species.

But after seeing those birds, I felt that human beings are captured animals in the prison of a stagnant life. We don’t have wings like birds to see the world from above. In my next life, I want to be a bird if possible.

Best wishes and regards,
Senjuti
