How are you doing? I’m doing good and hope that you’re sailing the same boat. My school organized a Sports Day, and I’m excited to tell you about it. I’ve always been intrigued by numerous sports and was excited to have the chance to engage in a full day of sports events. Our school’s Sports Day took place in the schoolyard.

There were several athletic activities, including sac runs, the 200-meter sprint, and basketball. Teachers and students sat in the playground to soak in the festivities. There were a few food stalls with mouth-watering delicacies. Both of the events were fun for my friends and me. Finally, the Principal rewarded the winners with awards. It was a wonderful day and I enjoyed participating in all the activities.

I will wait to hear from you soon. Take care and write to me soon.

Yours lovingly,
Shalini.

Visa Guide:  Write a Letter to Your Friend Inviting Him to Spend Diwali Vacation with You

Dear friend,

I have some good news to share with you. Our school’s annual sporting day was celebrated on Monday. It was conducted in the playground of our elementary school. The authorities decorated the school grounds with colorful flags and icicle lights to mark the occasion. In honor of the guests, there was a beautiful stage. As the chief guest, the Minister of Youth and Sports was invited.

The athletic curriculum featured activities such as a sprint, a long jump, a high jump, and a sack race. I participated in three separate activities: the 100-meter dash, the 500-meter run, and the relay race. In the race, I took first place, and our relay team took first place.

As a result, I now have two more medals to add to my array of awards. On that day, I also became a winner. I was ecstatic to receive the award from the minister. Everyone was clapping their hands in praise of me. For me, it was a very remarkable day. Today is the last day. Write to me soon.

I will wait to hear from you. Take care and keep in touch.

Yours lovingly,
Purva.

Visa Guide:  Write a Letter to Your Friend Telling Him How You Celebrated the Diwali Festival [With PDF]

Dear friend,

I haven’t written to you in a long time since I’ve been busy planning for School Sports Day, which took place on the 23rd of this month. Our team was training for the finals of the 4×400 meter relay. The big day came, and I was a bit anxious.

My friends were as well. As captain, I had to mask my worries while assuaging theirs. On this day, only the finals of the different events were held. The meet kicked off promptly at 8 a.m. with a march past and salute to the school flag. Specific experiences were thrilling, and all of my mates triumphed.

When it was our turn, I silently prayed, flexed my arms, and prepared to run. I was the last lap’s runner. Girish, our second lap runner, lowered the baton and missed a few seconds. Still, believe it or not, I poured all I had into the final lap of the race, and we won!

What an eventful day! The evening’s award presentation was like music to my ears. I’ll share more details with you later. Hope to see you soon and discuss the entire experience in person.

Season’s greetings to all at home.

Yours lovingly,
Rishabh.

Visa Guide:  Write a Letter to your Friend about Your Experience of a Journey by Train [With PDF]

Dear friend,

How are you doing? I’m doing fine, and I think you are as well. On February 10, 1988, my school held a Sports-Day party. The day’s events were supervised by the Police Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner, and District Education Minister. Around 2 and 5 p.m., sprint events, hurdles races, discus throws, javelin throws, long jumps, high jumps, musical chairs, and a fancy dress contest were all held. I took first place in the 100-meter dash and second place in the musical chair competition.

The awards were awarded to the winners by the police chief. He then moved on to address Students and Activities. The sporting day came to a close with the distribution of ice cream cups and treats.

I hope your parents are doing well as well and convey my love to Juno. I hope to meet you soon and talk to you about the sports day in detail. Take care and be safe.

Yours lovingly,
Mona.
