Processing Writing of Bread Making in a Factory
Bread is a staple food in most households and is eaten by everyone. It is prepared in factories in the following way. First, raw ingredients like all-purpose flour, water, yeast, sugar, salt, oil are bought from suppliers. Then in the factory, the ingredients are weighed and mixed. After that, this mixture is combined well and kneaded for 20 minutes to form a dough.
Then the dough is allowed to proof for an hour. After that, it is kneaded again and portioned to form individual loaves. Then the bread moulds are greased and the loaves are put in them. Then they are allowed to proof again for 30 minutes. After that, they go into a preheated oven at 225°C to bake for 35 minutes. After baking, the loaves are cooled on a wire rack for an hour. Then they are sliced and packed. After that, they are ready to be stored and marketed.
