We saw a lot of things but the most amazing was Agra Fort. We went to see the 16th-century Mughal monument known as the Red Fort of Agra. It is a red sandstone fort that encompasses its 2.5-km-long enclosure walls. It includes many palaces, such as the Jahangir Palace and the Khas Mahal, built by Shah Jahan; audience halls, such as the Diwan-i-Khas; and two very beautiful mosques. It was an amazing experience. How are you? I am doing well and hope you are doing well too. I am writing to you to let you know about my educational trip to Taj Mahal, Agra.
Last night I came back from the trip and I wanted to share everything with you. When we went there we saw The Taj Mahal, which is also known as Rauza-i-munawwara. It is an ivory-white marble mausoleum. It was commissioned in 1632 by the Mughal emperor Shah Jahan for his favorite wife, Mumtaz. More than 20,000 workers from India, Persia, Europe, and the Ottoman Empire, along with 1,000 elephants, were brought in to build the mausoleum complex. It is mesmerizing.
